This cozy accommodation can easily cater to the imagination of just about any child. With its charming wooden exterior, and flower boxes with gingerbread trim, the cottage evokes a sense of fantasy and adds a touch of excitement to any outdoor location. The spacious interior, with an inside height of 82, includes two working 14 x 21 windows with safety glass, grids, and screens. A third window, located above the entryway, lets in the sunshine through its lovely heart-shaped frame. With the Gingerbread Playhouse, children do not have to look much farther to find an exciting, and unique, entrance to a world of creativity.

Specifications:

• Dripedge (an aluminum piece that goes along the edge of the roof)
• Paint

Customer is responsible to help unload the truck unless liftgate is ordered. The driver of the truck does not have to help unload. The individual pieces weigh 40-50 lbs for the smaller kits and 70-80 lbs for the larger kits.
