On December 3rd, 1968, NBC and sponsor Singer presented "Elvis,” an hour long special that reclaimed Elvis’ rightful place atop music’s throne. The special was taped over several days earlier in the year, and then edited together. Some still believe that the sets performed were the finest music he ever played. Elvis’ 86 Comeback Special was the highest rated television special of the year and still stands as one of the most amazing career resurrections in entertainment history. This collectible contains a photo of Elvis, a replica ticket from the 1968 Comeback Special and descriptive text matted and framed in a black wood frame. Officially licensed by Elvis Presley Enterprises and comes with an Elvis hologram. Framed piece measures 10” x 12” x 1”. Limited edition of 1968.
