The First Degree Fitness Fluid Rower - Wave Rower from Active Forever is an in-home wave rowing machine that uses a three-blade, stainless steel paddle to simulate real ''on the water'' rowing. The fluid movements generated by this Water Rower are said to evenly distribute the work load evenly over all three major muscle groups (legs, arms and torso), sharing the affects of fatigue. Rowing as an exercise optimizes the aerobic benefit of in home training. The First Degree Fitness Fluid Rower adapts from a light workout to a higher intensity workout.
