After 25 years as a Pilates Master, internationally renowned Rael Isacowitz has created his unique 3-step "Rael System". One of the few Masters who can perform the entire Pilates repertoire, Rael's mission is to teach authentic and pure Pilates, blended with modern postures, to students from beginners to advanced. His clear, soothing, one-on-one coaching style makes proper Pilates form fun and easy to learn. "Rael System 17" was created as a challenging sequence building on the fundamentals of "Rael System 7" by adding ten additional Pilates poses for an intermediate level workout. Among the poses you will learn are leg circles, shoulder bridge, cat stretch, back and front support. Practiced regularly, you will feel less fatigued, improve muscle tone, increase flexibility, strength and improve cardiovascular capacity.
