Quick Fix: Pre Natal Workout (Full Frame)

The first video program of its kind for expectant mothers. Three ten minute micro workouts will help you maintain your pregnancy fitness level while preparing for delivery. Nancy Popp, a QuickFix veteran, experienced and expectant mother herself, will guide you through your workout and give you the added support that you need during your daily fitness routine. The first segment involves toning your legs and hips while using a chair for added balance. Your second workout will concentrate on your upper body and posture by using 2 fluid filled bottles for resistance. For your third segment, you will need a pillow to work your abdominals while concentrating on breathing to prepare for labor, delivery and fast recovery. As with all of our QuickFix Series you can do one, two or all three of the workouts - and time is never a problem!.
