Basic and complicated versions of all step choreography are simultaneously demonstrated throughout this workout. "Step Heaven" - Christi sings you through miles of heavenly step choreography. This workout contians 90 minutes of action that include warm-up, 3 stages of aerobic training, a cooldown, stretch and bloopers. Stage 1 is 25 minutes of high intensity, yet moderatley complex choreography. Stage 2 is 25 minutes of fast-paced advanced choreography. Stage 3 is 20 minutes of alternating short intense combinations with squat/weight intervals. Hand weights optional. You will marvel at this ingenious combination of creative choreography, with clearly visible and consistent movement modifications.
