"Pirate Adventures" Yo, Ho, Ho and a Bottle of Rum - 4 films of Pirate Lore, Excitement and Adventure! Sail the high seas with 4 Pirate Tales of Dastardly Deeds, Damsels, Disguises and Duels! "Long John Silver's Return To Treasure Island" - Follow the daring exploits of the famous pirate from Robert Louis Stevenson's classic "Treasure Island." Long John Silver (played by the incredible Robert Newton) is the wiliest pirate of them all. He has the chance to prove it when he comes up against his old nemesis Captain Mendoza. Mendoza, a wicked and crafty character, has stolen the governor's ship - and his daughter. It's Silver to the rescue with swords-a-blazing and an agenda that's all his own. "Captain Calamity" - Captain Calamity (George Hamilton) is a tough living sea captain known to be quick with the fists. Down on his luck, without a ship to call his own, the hearty Captain attempts to find some investors by showing a piece of Spanish gold around town, with the promise of procuring more if someone will fund the expedition. The Captain's scheme quickly falls apart as he finds himself the target for both a gang of nefarious thugs and a beautiful young woman's affection. "Mutiny" (1952) - During the War of 1812, Captain James Marshall (Mark Stevens) is commissioned to sail his ship to France and collect a shipment of gold. Marshall recruits Captain Ben Waldridge to be his first mate and Waldridge brings along his former gun crew who immediately sniff out the opportunity for riches and begin to plan a mutiny. Matters are further complicated with the arrival of Marshall's former sweetheart who has a few schemes of her own. "Captain Kidd" (1945) - The roguish, roving and ruthless Captain William Kidd (unforgettably played by Charles Laughton) manages to convince the authorities that he is just the man to escort a ship full of treasure and riches that is returning to the East. Indeed, Captain Kidd is just the man - just the man to abscond with the treasure for himself.
