"A Wonderful World": Juan Perez, the poorest of the poor, becomes famous by accident when he is seen as attempting to commit suicide by jumping off a tall building to protest against the government for his social condition. The Secretary of the Treasury, held responsible for the uprising that has taken place from the act of Perez, decides to change his life by donating him a house, a car and a job. But when other poor people, friends of Perez, become aware of his change of fortune, they also decide to imitate him threatening to jump off other tall buildings of the city. The Secretary, surprised and feeling as if he's now losing control of the situation by the acts taking place among other street beggars, decides to take matters into his own hands and declare being poor a crime, thereby getting rid of the country's poor once and for all. "Un Mundo Maravilloso": Juan Perez, el mas pobre de los pobres, salta a la fama por un accidente en el que parece que se va a suicidar tirandose de lo also de un edificio para protestar contra el gobierno por su condicion social. El Ministro de Economica, acosado por el escandalo en el que lo reponsablizan de la decision de Perez, decide combiarle la vida y le regala una casita, un auto y un trabajo. Pero cuando otros pobres, amigos de Perez, se enteran de su cambio de fortuna, deciden imitarlo amenazando con tirarse de diferentes edificios de la ciudad. El Ministro, aterrado ante la posible plaga de pediguenos, decide declarar la pobreza un delito y asi acabar de una vez por todas con los pobres del pais.
