Kilo's childhood is spent in the streets of East Los Angeles, cruising in low riders with his father, Manny. Starting off small, Kilo discovers the drug business to be very profitable. With a little help from Sabeva (Jennifer Till), the daughter of a Colombian gangster, he goes from small time dealer to Kingpin running things internationally. Kilo's life comes to a halt when he is turned in by a snitch and lands in prison. In jail he continues running hes empire and enlists the help of other prisoners. While serving his time he is offered a deal of an early release, if he murders a convicted child killer. This decision might prove crucial in his life, once a free man, a judge and Attorney General become suspicious of his early release and begin to investigate. In a world where a man had everything, he may end up with nothing.
