A young man from China named Zee-Oui leaves his native land for Thailand in hopes of finding a better life. But wherever he goes, all he finds is persecution and a general lack of acceptance. Already on shaky mental ground, Zee-Oui also suffers physically with severe tuberculosis. It is his illness that eventually sends him over the edge. Zee-Oui believes that in order to relieve his pain and give him strength, he must kill children and eat their hearts. "Man-Eater" is a disturbing portrait of one man's downward spiral and the mad world that created him.
