Adapted form the best-selling novel by Margaret Mazzantini, Sergio Castellitto's "Don't Move" is a dramatic and emotional story of a love affair between two desperate people. Life takes a dramatic turn for successful surgeon Timoteo (Sergio Castellitto) when he discovers that his young daughter is seriously injured in an accident.
