After 14 years in exile, a South African freedom fighter (Ice Cube "The Players Club," "Friday") returns home for his father's funeral and finds that a lot has changed. Apartheld is over, but now the drug wars are destroying his people... and his brother is missing in action. During a desperate search through the back streets of Johannesburg, Ice Cube joins forces with a beautiful stripper (Elizabeth Hurley, "Austin Powers" "International Man Of Mystery" "Permanent Midnight"), and discovers his brother ran up a huge cocaine debt with vicious drug lord (Ving Rhames, "Entrapment" "Out Of Sight"). Now he must pay the debt or bury his brother too.
