This stainless steel pot comes with a triple sandwich bottom (stainless steel-aluminum-stainless steel) and has pouring lips and rounded edges. The stainless steel handles are solidly welded on. The heat conducting bottoms are made of thick aluminum which spreads the heat evenly across the bottom. The saute pan is short with straight sides and has a high handle suited to lightly and quickly frying food. The 3'' depth keeps food in the pan, so that it may be shaken and flipped constantly. It is induction ready.
