The DV18DCL is an ideal tool to tighten and loosen fasteners, drill into wood materials, plastic, steel, aluminum, brick and concrete block. The new DV18DCL features a 1.5Ah 18 Volt lithium ion battery that boasts 3X the running time of traditional NiCd batteries, yet weighs 50pct less! The batteries are also backwards compatible, which means they can be used with Hitachi's other 18 Volt cordless lines.
