The Double-Sided Carrel serves as a powerful tool for students by creating a semi-private atmosphere that is conducive to learning by reducing distractions and allowing students to focus on their own tasks. The Carrel has a 3/4'' thick solid core construction in low glare melamine laminate with PVC edge banding. Panels feature special fasteners for strong, easy assembly. Keep in mind that Smith Carrel Add-On Units must be attached to Carrel Base Units and will not function alone.
