How the process works:

Purchase the InstallCard for your product
At your convenience, go to www.installcard.com and enter the 12 to14-digit PIN (after scratching to reveal). If you don't have web access you can call Customer Service at 800-919-6323 and they will do it for you.
Provide information about your vehicle, product and the zip code where you would like installation performed.
Pick from a list of installers there are usually at least 3 or 4 in any given area.
Pick a schedule date, provide contact information and submit your redemption.
You will receive a confirmation email with all submitted information.
An InstallerNet representative, or your installer, will contact you within 48 hours (and usually same day) to confirm your appointment details.
At any time you can enter your PIN into www.installcard.com to see the status of your installation appointment or your installer's contact information.
After your installation is complete, give your InstallCard to your installer.
